Alana and Alyssa

Alana De La Garza has made a name for herself on the television. The year was 1976. De La Garza was born to a Mexican-American father as well as an Irish-American mom in Columbus Ohio. Soon enough she was relocating to Texas where she pursued the field of physical therapy in the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't stay for long in Texas before relocating to Orlando, Florida. In Orlando, she played many roles, ranging from local independent films to international commercials. Even the small roles did not stop her from discovering that she enjoyed acting. The year 2001 saw her move into New York where her first appearance was on the All My Children's soap in the role of Rosa Santos. There were minor roles in JAG: Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men at the beginning of 2000. In 2004, she got her first role in a major series on the short-lived show The Mountain. De La Garza, who was Maria Serrano on The Mountain was lucky to be able to appear alongside many notable TV stars, including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pilegget, and Mitch Pilegget. She played A.D.A. on Law & Order in 2006. Connie Rubirosa. She was on the show for 85 episodes. Later, she starred in her role in the Law & Order: LA film, a short-lived sequel. This particular character earned De La Garza many nominations including Best Supporting Actress - Television by the Imagen Foundation Awards and even numerous ALMA Award noms. She was awarded an Impact Award from the National Hispanic Media Coalition for Outstanding performances in a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza got a recurring part in CSI Miami a few moments later. She played Marisol Delko and wife to the character of David Caruso Horatio Caine. In the role of Dr. Lena Solis, she was most recently seen on the NBC's dark and tense drama Do No Harm. After just two episodes the show was canceled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. The mother of the child is an Italian father and an older brother Cory whom is 10 years older than her. Her family was very strict and religious one. Milano began her career at seven when her babysitter accompanied her to a stage audition. From more than 1,000 candidates they were selected to be one of only four. Milano performed in television advertisements and on off-Broadway plays, among them the first American musical version of Jane Eyre.
