Ariel Gail
Professor Gail S. Goodman, Distinguished Professor of psychology and Director of the Center for Public Policy Research is at the University of California Davis. It is believed that she was the one responsible as the pioneer of modern studies of memory recall by eyewitnesses, and also children's witnesses. Professor Goodman is a prolific author and has been awarded many prizes and grants. She has collaborated with numerous governments and organizations all over the world to conduct policy and research relating to child people who are victims of the law. She also serves as a consulting for the Special Assault Forensic Evaluation Center. (formerly Multidisciplinary Interview Center) and is a part of Sacramento County Child Protective Services. She is a member of several professional associations including that of Association for Psychological Science and American Psychological Association. (Divisions Experimental Psychology Developmental Psychology Society for Child and Family Policy and Practice American Psychology Law Society Psychology of Women and Traumatic Stress 56) Professor. Goodman is a fellow of the Psychonomics Society Society for Research in Child Development American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children and also the International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies. She was president of American Psychological Association's Developmental Psychology Division division, Division American Psychology Law Society and Division Society for Family and Child Policy and Practice.
